With more than 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Rizwan showcases his diverse business as well as technical expertise dominating a wide spectrum of industries which includes trading and manufacturing, pharmaceutical, textiles, FMCGs, energy, construction and business consultancy.
Sohail holds a Master's degree in Computer Sciences and Business Administration. His key areas of professional work include:

With 20+ years of experience in successfully delivering projects on time and within budget in IT service management and operations, Mr. Imran Rais have managed diversified IT projects and Application Software development of business and mission critical applications. During his period of heading the ERP Implementation division of Sidat Hyder, Imran has co-lunched many new ERP modules and grew company’s revenue significantly with full accountability for P&L, budget, strategic direction, operations, product development, and cultivation of clients and strategic alliances.
After attaining his Master’s in Computer Sciences from University of Karachi, Imran has attained certifications of Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from PMI (USA). He has also acquired certifications in IT Service and Cloud Management like ITIL V3, SFC, CompTIA Cloud and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Head for Mutual Funds Solutions since 2014. His journey has seen him spearheading business development, product
extensions, and leading capital market solutions, with a strong focus on equity portfolio management, treasury, Risk
and compliance, and Bonds Portfolio. Throughout his career, Ahmer has exhibited a remarkable ability to innovate and
adapt to changing market dynamics, resulting in unparalleled success.
He has an MBA in Finance and an MSC in Computer Science with an academic foundation to complement his extensive practical experience.
